MPS response to the Medical Council consultation regarding the Guide to Professional Conduct and Ethics for Registered Medical Practitioners

MPS has responded to the review of the Guide to Professional Conduct and Ethics. We have proposed the guidance should include more information on sections relevant to medicolegal matters such as disclosure and medical records.
