We are currently recruiting for a Reporting Analyst to join our Leeds city office on a 12 month fixed term contract. As a Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for reporting and providing organisation insight using analytics methods and other data mining techniques. You will work closely with our internal teams to generate on-going and new reports where appropriate.

Key responsibilities will include:

·Measurement of tracking, reporting and analysing traffic and associated user experience for all our service delivery channels across our Member Operations department

·Recognise and extract critical indicators from large and complex data sets and being able to interpret and express those indicators

·Implement relevant KPI/SLA reporting capability that adopts a balanced score card

·Ensure reports are delivered on time and to schedule

·Understand internal customer information needs, business objectives and implementing data analysis strategies

·Produce insightful information from various raw data sources

·Provide updates to our internal customers on the status on requests

Experience required:

·Strong problem solving and analytical skills

·Good communication and presentation skills

·Expertise in Microsoft Excel Pivot tables and V lookup

·Experience in maintaining processes for measurement, tracking, reporting and analysing traffic

·Extracting critical indicators from large and complex data sets and interpreting in a business context
