Using NHS Choices

Many doctors have contacted MPS with concerns about patients using websites, like NHS Choices, to comment on their services and the consequences of these comments. John Robinson is responsible for all the user generated content on NHS Choices, here he argues that by adopting a constructive approach to social media, rather than a defensive one, doctors can use online patient feedback to their advantage.
